Well, people here kinda not really active which is sadly. And besides that, site mainly used by russian and ukrainian people. Here was a few users who wrote their posts on English but seems their no longer active

I suspected, openvk came out almost 1 year ago from what I see for now it is somewhat limited. but it reminds me something of vk from 2014
